Sometimes we have a hard time deciding what to get for some of our friends and family during the holidays, birthdays and other occasions. Personally, I don’t have that issue. Maybe because I am way to practical. I like to give things that have a useful purpose that may be of some benefit to the person I am gifting to. I generally choose health and wellness before anything else when gifting to a loved one.

Since I am and have been heavily involved in health and wellness for more than 25 years I am always on the look out for quality products with the most natural ingredients. And they must work. I like to feel confident that I am giving something that may helpful in some way.

It also cuts back on a lot of the stress to decide what I am going to give and get things I need ahead of time. I know, I know…. a lot of us wait far to long and then it’s all rushed. But hey.. we can do it different if we want to.
There are so many ideas revolving around health and wellness. I think about a relative or friend who suffers with a lot of joint pain or has some muscle aches from workouts. Could they use a quality, natural, herbal tincture, pain cream or rub? I would think they would welcome it.
And who doesn’t like better skin? Who wouldn’t like a wonderful, natural mask or scrub? Or a gentle, herbal infused eye serum. How about luxurious natural body butters or lotions, scented with hand crafted essential oils.
How about making our own little health and beauty kits, tailored for individual loved ones? It does not have to be expensive. An example is a few essential oils along with a defusser. All they had to do was add the water and soak in the wonderful smells while enhancing their well being and cleaning the air in the room.
I have purchased various items and made them stretch by dividing up up into various cute, smaller containers to make up little gift sets. Put the sets in a gift bag with a little tissue paper and note card and there you go.
